      I am only giving this business one star because I have to choose one. They are a total scam, I purchased one fire hose chew over a month ago, have heard nothing in regard to shipping from them and the contact phone goes directly to an automated voice that does not allow you to leave a message. I have also had no response to the email I sent. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card bill. Luckily, I only spent $30.00. **************

      Made a purchase directly on the sellers site after my inital etsy purchase. After items not shipping and not hearing anything otherwise, I tried to contact via website email, phone on website and via etsy messenger to zero avail. I had to call my bank to have this transaction disputed after almost a month of zero resolution.While my etsy purchase went smoothly, the process for an additional purchase was absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't suggest to anyone to purchase from this sellers site or to have a concern with your order, because the service isn't up to par.If I could give zero stars I would.

      I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. I ordered two toys. Did not recieve them. I wrote 5 emails. Got one response from ******** saying she was traveling and would look into situation when returned to office. No response.
