On Nov. 17, 2022 I answered a email from Tic Tock that said if I completed a survey I would get a new ****** coffee maker by just paying the postage of ****. I paid that amount by a Target credit card on the 17th. They charged me another amount of ***** on that same day. Then on Nov 22 the charged me ***** and on Nov.23rd another *****. I did not receive anything from them. I didn't get my statement from Target until Dec. and when I did I called them and asked why the 3 charges of ***** and a **** told me I had joined some kind of subscription and she couldn't do anything about it. I told her I didn't join a subscription and never received the coffee maker.Customer response

Hello,I am writing to let you know that this business deducted money from my debit card on 11/11/2022 in the amount of $89.90. I have never done business with this company nor have I heard of it. When I called the first time the gentleman I spoke to was rude & told me he could refund 30% of the money. I told him I wanted a supervisor and he preceded to tell me that I couldn't get higher than him and that he would give me 50%. I then told him I would contact BBB & the authorities. He hung up! I called back and a lady told me I would be refunded after I told her how rudely I was treated & she said it would be the full amount. I do not know how they got my information. I am calling my bank as well. She gave me a cancellation number # ******E0D6. I truly think they are scammers. I just wanted to let you know & please see if you can get my money returned.
