WARRANTY:

Contractorwarrants to the owner that all materials and equipment furnished under thecontract documents will be new unless otherwise specified and that all workwill be of good quality and workmanship, free from faults and defects and inconformance with the contract documents. Contractor assumes professional andtechnical responsibility for performance of the work to be provided within oneyear following completion of these services, such services fail to meet theseaforesaid standards, and owner promptly advises contractor thereof in writing,contractor agrees to re-perform the deficient services without charge to ownerup to a maximum amount equivalent to the compensation received for thedeficient services rendered. The foregoing constitutes contractors exclusiveliability and owner’s exclusive remedy with respect to the work performedhereunder and the owner hereby releases and shall indemnify the contractor fromand against all further liability in connection therewith for direct, indirect,special or consequential loss or damage, injury (including death) to owner’semployees, or third parties whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence)or otherwise.

Wefollow manufacturers warranty on all items used.
