My first negative review. I happened upon *****'s review by accident while searching for Driver's Edge to give them 5 stars for having fixed PDP's disaster! I want to reinforce this poor woman's post. Having had a far worse and more costly experience myself! I've owned a mint, gas powered **** F-350 since new. Another garage had installed a Jasper ****** etc. and it had a leaking rear main seal and more. I went to PDP without a referral. I was impressed with the facility, and the lines of BS of their expertise with gas ****** trucks. **** and costly mistake short: PDP had a local ****** builder (who is absolutely top shelf and also whom I came to learn was unfamiliar with PDP). They charged $2000+ - to R&R the ******. Just after installation they moved my truck to get it out of their way. This, before the radiator etc. was even hooked up. They BLEW UP the new ****** and blamed the builder! The builder, to protect me, rebuilt it again for free. PDP charged me an additional $2000 to R&R the 2nd ******. They nearly blew it up as well, but I told **** to shut it down because the exhaust pipe was cherry red!!! They charged me for several "custom" alterations including an EGR delete which they perform on diesel ******s routinely and told me was legal and good for a gas ******. Not so! They could not get my truck to *************, ****'s manager/girlfriend, drove my truck, after months of sitting outside covered in grease inside (including a hand print on the headliner!) and out, skipping, vibrating (which when I complained, I told their mechanic that my wife also felt vibration in her seat, he made a vulgar comment for which I had to restrain) billowing black smoke and wanting to stall, to a garage in ******** where I knew the owner. He did what he could, but didn't have a lift that could hold the truck. So, I took it to Driver's Edge where it required countless hours to render road worthy again. PDP then sent a bill for $3500 in addition to the astronomical $ already paid!
