Purchased an Expedition in March 2022 as a non MA resident. The Vehicle had to be inspected in the *********** in order to register it. Received in writing that the dealership would reimburse me for the cost of the inspection. The vehicle failed inspection, the information was provided to the dealership which agreed to fix only one item on the failed list. I was left with having to fix the other items myself out of pocket in order to get the vehicle to pass inspection. This required paying the inspection fee twice. I requested reimbursement from the dealership for the cost of the inspection as they promised at time of purchase. To date they have not reimbursed me for the cost of the inspection. I have called and left numerous messages and spoken to several people. Only to be told someone would get back to me. The last person I spoke with asked me to call again and that they would get back to me at their convenience. Do not purchase from them as they are not people of their word and misrepresent what they are selling and what they will do.
