    I was overcharged $5,200 on a 3- year lease and it took three leases and 3 months to get it corrected. The dealership never explained their "mistakes," nor were they proactive in getting it corrected. There were numerous mistakes on the lease, including the year of the car, the residual value, the gross capitalized cost, and the downpayment. I had to make numerous phone calls and follow up before they would act. They refused to send copies of the lease in advance to review and pressured me to sign when I was in the office. I strongly advise anyone who leases with them to have the lease reviewed by a *** or attorney who is knowledgeable about leases. While I would like to believe it was incompetence, the many mistakes, the prolonged process, and poor customer relations makes me think otherwise.
