- The business states the consumer may return any item UNWORN within 30 days of receipt for exchange of style, size, color or for refund of the purchase price. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Please enclose the packing list with your shoes. Returned goods must be in condition to be returned to stock. (If an unforeseen problem or defect appears after the shoes have been worn, contact Customer Service before returning shoes.) We keep individual records of all your purchases with notes as to the styles and sizes you like best. Once we have fitted you successfully to one of our styles, subsequent orders - even if for other styles - seldom require further exchanges.
