  False advertising. Therapists miss appointments. It is not 2 legitimate therapy appts. I feel they prey on people with disabilities. They fail to disclose letters will state "valid for one year". Psych Drs will fill out paperwork for cheaper than what they change! Landlords do not request annual paperwork, just when you first move in. No CA law requires the letters to be limited in time or scope. Customer service will try to mansplain to you why they do not disclose the true product when you complain. They will attempt to reschedule you for the same flake "therapist" instead of refunding your money as requested. 100% do not recommend. Total scam IMO.

  Not as expected: Scheduling and error. Schedule was 2 days out. Then Pettable moved it out another day after confirmation. Error in the letter. It has my name misspelled (although I entered my data correctly). Yes, I received a small refund for the scheduling. Still waiting in the corrected letter. Good thing Im not in a rush. The doctor was kind and thorough. She asked appropriate questions and how my pets help me each day. Overall result was good. Some aspects could be done better.

  Total Scam! I paid $200 for a 15 minute consultation and express *** letter. Instead I got a barrage of insulting emails from a so called 'Dr' that wanted to 'examine' me in detail! He called and insulted me. I hung up. Never got the letter. I did get a refund however from Pettable. Their so called doctors are scam artists.

  Pettable went above and beyond to support and advocate for my rights. They are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Getting my accommodation request approved with my property turned out to be a nightmare, but Pettable stood by me the entire time fighting them on the legal guidelines and giving me advice and reassurance throughout the whole process. We finally got the accommodation approved, and I am beyond grateful to the staff for helping me through this. I cannot recommend them enough.
