    The company, Modern Home Remodeling LLC, was initially commissioned to install our front staircase and walkway over a year ago. Within one year of the project being wrapped up, the stairs were falling apart and the company admitted the job had not been completed to a quality standard. At the time, **** shared that his former business partner, ****, had ripped him and the company off and he was forced to file for bankruptcy. He was still taking on new projects and fixing ones that **** had previously managed poorly. **** agreed to fix the project and sent ***** to do the work. It was never completed to a quality standard, there were multiple delays and poor communication throughout. A portion of the project has been rectified but a large portion of it remains unfinished and to a poor quality of craftsmanship. **** has since stopped answering our phone calls and text messages and seems to have blocked our phone number. We invested $10,000 and have an unfinished, low quality product to show for it. The whole process has been very poorly managed and quite frankly, we have been ripped off by Modern Home Remodeling.
