              I had Simkins tree service come to give me an estimate, **** gave me a quote and said the crew would start on 11/30/2023. The crew showed up with the 40 ton crane and all the necessary equipment. They spent about an hour, the crane operator knocked on the door and stated they would have to get a larger reach crane? 20 minutes later they were leaving the job site ? I never heard from **** or anyone else from Simkins Tree! I called them many times for the next week, they would not answer me back or respond to my messages, very disappointed with their company, bad customer **********************, would never use them!
