Last cleaning I brought my son to at simply pediatric dentist at ******************************************* July 26 2021. I have both federal BCBS and Metlife health insurance that fully covered the cleaning and X-rays. Ive confirmed this! In October 2021 this business sent almost every patient acct a $400 **** expecting payment. Called, and they couldnt explain why and disconnected me! Friends and neighbors had the same happen to them! This should be looked into. Then they sent a fraudulent claim to my insurance on Nov 2021 for services never done! My son was never there in Nov and will NEVER be going back! I called my insurance company to dispute the charge from November. They told me that the dentist *************************** will have to correct their claim. I then called the dental office back and they told me it was a different dentist. When clearly my insurance company has simply pediatric *************************** listed as the provider!!!! Now my insurance will not pay for or cover my sons current dentist appt because simply dental put a fraud claim in Nov and there hasnt been 6 months between!! They caused negative impact on my sons dental health!!!! And, all they do is put me on hold or hang up!!!
