    I placed a deposit of $1,750 with Free Range Farmhouse to build a custom wood bar for our basement. This deposit was given in November 2022. I have reached out numerous times via Instagram messenger (their preferred communication) and email, and I have been told they will refund but they have not. I have attempted to get in touch with for months and they are completely ignoring me. Can you assist?

    Entered into an agreement on March 1, 2022 with the owner Fayleesha ******* of the ************* and Free Range Farmhouse (https://instagram.com/free.range.farmhouse?igshid=NmZiMzY2Mjc=) to create a custom countertop and shelf. At the time of agreement we paid $500 for these products to be made as a deposit. As part of our agreement we were informed it would be a 12 week timeline. Reached out to the owners on April 10 and May 12 for production updates. On May ********************************************************************** two. Reached out again on May 27 (now past the 12 week agreed upon timeline), June 18 and 22, with no response back until 24 which is when company agreed to look at their calendar for install. Reached out again on June 29 and July 6 with no response from the company. At which point we asked for a refund with in 7 to 10 business days and they agreed to pay it. Now past 10 business days on July 20, the company has stopped responding to messages again and hasnt paid the refund. At this point wed like the company to acknowledge their lack of communication and how they voided our agreement by not completing the job. Wed ask for the company to pay back our deposit of $500 which they agreed to do.
