    Absolutely horrible company. Employees are vulgar and unhelpful. Took over a month to fix broken heater in DECEMBER. Terrible at answering calls and emails. Didn't fix anything that was broken in the entire time we lived there. They were supposed to be in charge of snow removal and did a horrrible job. Had an issue with the downstairs tenant threatening us with bodily harm multiple times and they did NOTHING. No assistance at all. We could not live in the apartment and they did not care and took our rent money anyway. Aboslutely horrible and I hope to never interact with them again. They lie about getting back to you. They're awful.
