    When I signed up, I was not told it’s a year contract or whatever it is. I signed up and never went to gym even once. Cancelled within 30 days. I was told that I cannot cancel. Also my biggest question is who authorized you guys to get Doctors report for cancellation of gym membership. It’s violation of HIPPA. I have already disputed the charges with my credit card company.

    To whom it may concern this is the one year agreement ************** signed when he joined himself and his girlfriend to the fitness facility i own in kingston ma. after the first month of being a member he did a credit card charge back and cancelled all payments with his bank so the club could not collect the scheduled monthly dues. Then i noticed i received this first letter from the BBB about the complaint.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    To whom it may concern. It would be a great idea to let customers know that they are signing a one year contract and they need to call within 72 hours if they choose to cancel the membership instead of its just a contract, you can call that number to cancel it. 


    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
