    I engaged a contract with them in June of this year was ensured all products would be white in color. The sub woofer arrived black. They had a must complete date of July 20. They installed the black sub and said theyd be back within two weeks to do the white sub replacement. Its been months without resolution. He does admit the situation hes not denying it, we want resolution to the situation.

    We are currently waiting on the white version of the sub which was backordered at the time of purchase, and has not yet become available.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Once the white sub arrives and is installed (its been 4 months of similar promises) Ill consider this matter closed.
