    I contacted H2O Irrigation via phone on 6/12/23. I spoke with the representatives and asked if they could give a estimate to trench & bury approx 200 ft of 1 in pipe and 4 sprinkler heads. I had recent widened my drive way at my home. She said yes and scheduled appointment. 6/12/23 8am.I received email confirmation on 6/12/23. On the 12th I waited to 10am. No one arrived. At no time did any representative of H2O inform me of a $90 fee to provide a estimate in any communication verbal or electronic. I received a email invoice on 6/23/23 for $90.00. I called the H2O office and was I informed by ***** his services were not free. I stated to ***** that I was never informed of a fee prior to agreeing to the appointment and the description of work lusted on his estimate was inaccurate and did not list the accrual amount on it to complete the requested services. ***** said he would included discharge in the cost of I move forward with the work.

    To Whom It May ******************************** has not and never has been the business practice of H2O Irrigation to give free estimates.  The only mistake we may have made in this instance was not making this clear to ***************  We credited ****************** invoice prior to him filing this complaint with the bureau.  We have changed our internal procedures to remind customers that there is a minimum charge for a technician to visit, including for an estimate.
