    September 22, 2022 ****** $400.00 was handed to ****** to start immigration process of I824 and it has been almost 2 months he said this form did not assist and we contact NVC and they advised us this form had to be filled out in order to proceed case and when we told him that he did not do anything but charge us money and we wanted the money back to get this process going with someone that knew what we they are doing he charged $100 from the $400 for doing nothing because he did not fill anything just made us lose almost 2 months that this could have been almost resolved. Unprofessional behavior every time that we called did not know who he was talking to or anything about the case just kept us saying must wait while he was doing nothing.
