      This place is awful. The people they have working at the locations have no idea what they are talking about if you have any questions. A woman who worked there told me that they are loaning me money every week (I believe she was talking about the direct deposit 2 days early program they have) and I am spending more money than I have. If that were the case I would be in debt with them, my paycheck comes in and I spend my money as usual to pay bills. She told me I'm not supposed to do that. What? I also received an overdraft charge but when I opened the account they told me that there aren't any overdraft charges for the account I chose. They charged me an overdraft charge and didn't even pay the overdraft. So they charged me for nothing because they didn't pay the debit. The place has barely any locations and is practically all over the phone. It's customer service agents have no knowledge or understanding of banking. I will never go back to them.

      Very upset workers credit union threated d to repo car i qas on fmla brother past away unwxpwctly mom has kindney failure i took out extra insurance for emwrgency she saud i shoukd he allset 6 months later they reach want a 3.000 that the insurance didnt cover fmla wont work with me at all....no notice in the mail or nothing ... rose is threatening me i had till 5 to come up with money.i hsve 2 momths payment she wont even work with me.dont take out that extra insurance

      Absolutely do not work with or get any loans through these people. They are heartless and cold. They dont care if its a lemon car and you have to choose between paying the loan and getting to work with a driveable vehicle. They are out for money. Not the people. I promise you they do not give a s*** about you. I wouldnt recommend this bank if they were the last on earth. They are horrible!!!!!!!!! Do not bank or borrow here. Need to be shut down.

      This company its existing to hurt people credit without any warning . I sign as a co-signer for a friends and after 20 payments from 32 he has late with payments. They didnt even bother to let me know and automatically reported me and him to the credit bureau . As soon I found out he made the payments and I asked them to remove it and they refused and said they are not obligated to let Co diner know about late payments. And they refused to Reno it . Very mean company and very bad customer service. Stay away from them.

      i was given this company to handle my loan they started my payments in September of 2022 and i didn't get the car till october so i was behind on the payment i called and spoke with someone who told me to pay the 800 dollars and it covered both months and the following month i recieved the next bill at 1000 something dollars i called again and was told the last payment only covered the last month and i was charged 500 dollars in interest fees i explained i'm a single month that just gave her whole  800 dollar check and now i still owe even more due to your interest thats more then the actual loan they said someone would call me the following months i payed twice 1200 and just recieved another bill 1200 because the interest fees again this has to be a problem

      Bank made a mistake (there own admission ) and withdrew 34,800 from my account instead of the 340.80 loan payment that was suppose to happen ..putting me overdrawn - bank did nothing to help - phone line is automated h*** and is impossible to speak to a person - took 3 days to get my money back and the only offer they gave me was a loan to float me for a week ! Now Im tryin to contact the bank again and its impossible to reach a person ! Dial by name - useless as it doesnt recognize the name of the person .. Im using the name off the business I have! This bank use to be great .. the move to automation has made this a horrible bank to use .. Id suggest you all stay away !!

      If your debit card had fraud and you find the need to cancel your card and get a new one, don't bother. Or if you do, just know that it will take over a month for a new card to arrive. And also don't expect their customer service to help you out with that issue either. Every time I called they told me it would arrive shortly, and then two weeks would pass and they would tell me the same exact thing. They are no help and clearly have no insight into their own procedures when it comes to ordering cards.

They withdrew twice from my bank in 3 days for my loan. 6-17-22 then on 6-21-22 I called on 6-22-22 to find out why and to get the 2nd payment returned to my bank. Service rep ******** says ok so sorry she'd put it in the system to be looked at with the LOAN DEPARTMENT. , it should be returned by the 24th no later than the 28th. Let me run down the list of service reps I've called each time without any callbacks with at Worker's Credit Union since 6-22-22. 1- ******** twice once on the 22 of June and again on 7-7-22 2- *******, 3- *******, 4- ******** at the lunenburg branch, 5- daisy or ******? 6- finally received 1 call back on 7-7-22 from supervisor ******. After calling twice on 7-7 speaking with ******** and being on hold for 24 minutes before I finally hung up. Supervisor ****** told me the same exact thing as every other service rep, "your all set and I should see it by Monday because it takes 3 business days". Let me count the business days since I put in the original call to the credit union on Wednesday 6-22-22. By Monday 7-11-22 will be 14 business days. I'm no mathematical genius but That's 5 time longer than all the service reps told me from the start. Each one of you are truly and genuinely F.O.S.
