    I placed an order with this company on May *******. The order took over 3 weeks to get to me and was missing an item. I contacted their customer support and they allowed me to return the items with a refund but I had to pay to ship items back to ***** where their warehouse is. When doing so they said I would be refunded for the items and the shipping cost after providing proof. After doing so I have only received a partial refund and not a full refund. The business has completely stopped answering and I have given them over 6 months to resolve the issue. Based on reviews of this company this seems to be a frequent thing where they withhold refunds for reoccurring mistakes on their end.

    Ordered a specific dress from Her-markets on 9/7/24. I received an email with a tracking number on 9/11/24 and received the dress a few days later. I found it strange that I was charged a foreign transaction fee separate from the dress cost since all the shipping and website information reflected the *************. The dress I received in the mail was not the dress that I ordered. The dress arrived in a clear plastic bag with no tags identifying the dress, size or price. I immediately tried to call the number listed on their website for customer service and it states that the number is not a working number. i tried on multiple occasions on different days. Then I tried to email using their preferred address listed on their website however my email was returned as 'undeliverable'. Stating "despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipients email system refused to accept a connection from your email system." I have attached all the emails I have received from the company with their listed address, phone number and email address (which none are valid).

    No attempt has been made on the businesses behalf to contact me nor is any of the information they provided valid so I have been unable to reach them successfully.

    I ordered a product from the website based on another customer's recommendation. The product I received what not what I ordered in terms of quality or visible resemblance. It was not a wearable fabric. I sent them pictures of what I received and pictures of the photos listed on their site to document the difference. I requested a full refund at no cost as the product was not legitimate. They refused and insisted I pay international shipping costs to receive a refund. I would not agree as it was no fault of my own and they did not deliver the product I ordered. They ultimately agreed to refund me 50% on 6/7/24. I never received the refund. On 7/1 they wrote "After the system inquiry, we found that the system refund error occurred, my side of the system to resubmit the application for refund, these two days will arrive, please pay attention to check." I checked and no refund. I wrote again on 7/8 and they will not respond. They do not have a working phone #.

    date product was ordered: 2024-5-07 cost: $75.65 Delivery date: 5/31/24 Reason for complaint: Ordered the cute gaze dress pink, received a dress that looked nothing like it. It was not the right color, the material was cheap, and it appeared to be homade. I have attempted to call the buisness but it responds with call failed every time.     Ordered a dress for $75.00. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Was sent the wrong dress in the wrong size. Dress received is not in any way, shape, or form worth $75. Its made of cheap fake velvet and very poorly made. I would simply like a refund since I do not have time to wait for an exchange at this point. Cannot get a hold of anyone via email and the phone number provided does not work.

    I ordered a dress about a month ago from this website and it was delivered just today. It was the complete wrong dress and took a very long time to arrive. The company also says you have to pay to have the item returned.

    My daughter purchased a dress from ***********************************. She paid $95 for item + rushed shipping. The dress arrived timely, however, it was 1) the wrong dress, 2) cheaply made, and 3) about 5 sizes too big. I mailed the item back to the address listed on the website. It was returned a few weeks later as it is a bogus address. I called the number listed on the website, but it is a nonworking number. I emailed the company and they sent me an email asking me to return the item to *****. A ****** search of the address listed pulls up various complaints on different scam companies (toy, clothing, etc) pulling the same trick. Sending you an item, bogus return address, etc. I would like this online boutique shut down

    I ordered a dress online from ***********************************. Instead of the item I ordered, I received a completely different item on Feb 2, 2024. I asked to return the item for a refund. They said OK but I had to pay the shipping to return the item to ***** and they would issue a full refund ($79US) plus the shipping cost ($30US). I returned the item on Feb 9 with tracking. I emailed them the tracking info. It has been sitting in Customs in ******, ***** since Feb 22. They stopped responding to my emails on Feb 20.

    I ordered a dress and Paid over $100. It took 3 weeks for the package to arrive. When it finally arrived it was an ugly fake designer t-shirt not the dress I ordered.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I did get a reply from one of my emails when I emailed the "do not reply" address from the "we received your order" email. This reply was from a completely different company.  Their reply is below. I have now filed an investigation with my bank to hopefully have my money refunded. 

     

    Here was the reply of the other company. I have not heard any more from them.

    According to the photos of the product, product label, and shipping label that you provided, we found that the shipping label belongs to our store, but the product does not belong to us (there is no LOGO label from our store). We are very confused about this and will contact the postal department that shipped the product for investigation.

    Order was placed on 2/1/2024 for two dresses Requested expedited shipping. Only ONE dress was received, which was not the dress I ordered (wrong color and style). Tried to place return with merchant but they did not return phone call and address they stated their store was located does not exist. Sent email and stated I would have to mail items to *****. No idea this was coming from *****. They stated in email I could keep the item and they would give me a 40% refund. I tried putting in a claim through AMEX and they stated they have no way of proving they only shipped one dress and it was not the correct dress. The package the dress was sent from was from **********. *******************, ************************************************************************************************************* which I looked up online is a fraud address. Merchant tracking number was 4PX3000956259283cn Package tracking number the dress came in with the ********** was ************************** I am looking for a full refund and will be happy to mail the one dress they sent me to a location in ***************** which is the ************* store on their website.
