      I would like to lodge a complaint against Unlimited Home Services LLC at *********************************. *****. They put a new back roof on my home last December in order to be done with leaks I had. Winter came and went. Then in the Spring I noticed my gutters had water gushing from behind them during rainstorms. All the way down the length of the roof they put on in December. The shingles they put on barely reach the gutter and the drip edge doesnt reach the gutter.Over time this will cause damage not only to the fascia area but also, the close proximity of the water pouring behind the gutters will seep into the ground and will weaken the foundation of our house.I reached out to the manager **** *** via email several time to have him come by and look at the problem. He never came by like he said he would and so far he has been stone ******* us.I sent him a letter to the companys address and I still have had no reply.Bottom line, by fixing one problem, they caused a completely different problem in the process because they rushed the job in order to move on with the next one.Since I already paid them, Ive told them they need to either fix the problem or refund me the amount they were paid in order to fix the new gutter problem. I am fully prepared to file my complaint with the state of ************************************** next, then file my lawsuit in court unless this gets resolved. I have pictures and documentation that I can submit as proof to my claim.Any help your office can offer would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention.***** ********
