I researched several business' to replace a heat pump system at our home. Swampscott Refrigeration was excellent to work with. The office staff who estimated the cost, provided product information and answered lots of questions. They were not pushy to make a sale and their price was less than other companies we contacted. The installation work was completed in one day, systems started up and we are very happy with the work, price and the close out documentation that included the warranty was mailed to me a few days later.

The experience was excellent from start to finish, from ****** doing the research to find a model that would work in my limited space, to the seamless and problem free install. 5 starsMy Wife and I could not be happier with Swampscott Refrigeration. Our first experience with them was approximately *************************************************************************** our home. *** came out to give the estimate and He showed ** in work clothes which instantly made a great impression on my wife. We recently needed to have our a/c system replaced (after 23 years!). Everyone at Swampscott Refrigeration was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process from initial phone call to completion of job. The installers took the time to explain how to operate our new thermostat, which is different from the one we had. And the a/c was actually installed a day earlier than promised, which was a pleasant surprise. Based on our positive experience, we highly recommend Swampscott Refrigeration.Swampscott Refrigeration

Swampscott Refrigeration saved me last summer. My air conditioning condenser died in July with a house full of guests arriving in days. They promptly sourced a replacement that would fit in my existing space and even with supply chain issues had it here in a day or two. Late in the afternoon and a team of 5 arrived to move it into the back of my house, install and have me with cool air in hours.The service overall was outstanding starting with my desperate call being handled by a competent and compassionate woman to the technician team on a hot summer afternoon to the owner checking in with me. I learned to schedule my annual service early and they are always worth the wait.Swampscott Refrigeration

From my first call to schedule an estimate, through install, to the day I received a packet in mail with all of my rebate info, Swampscott Refrigeration was top notch. The receptionists were friendly and provided what I needed whenever I called. The installation technicians were courteous, professional and efficient. My install was completed in less time than expected. They worked quickly, were not intrusive and cleaned up so that I barely knew they had been there. A very well run and trustworthy family owned business. We wanted to install heat pumps for AC and heat.The owner managed the bidding process and his office team was excellent on repeated questions we had and follow up. The owner was out 3 times to assess equipment questions and provided excellent rationale for the right solution. Their patience and dedicated work ethic were top grade and each person was a pleasure to work with. After implementation they provided a professional file of warranties and other documentation.
