    November of 2022 I hired and paid ******** Home Improvement to put up siding at my home and to also fix the front porch. I paid over $22,000. The estimates states that there is a 40 year guarantee on the materials and 5 years for Labor. A couple of pieces of siding broke off and I would like it repair. I called him on April 10, 2024 he said that he would repair and to text him the address. I sent him another text on April 12, 2024 since I did not hear from him, to set up a date and time. He texted back and said he would be there on April 13, 2024 in the AM. In the afternoon I text again and he said he would come by later. I text again in the late afternoon and called, but did not hear back at all. I waited all day!!! Also, during the initial work in Nov 2022, I would just like to add that they were suppose to come and finish up details of some of the siding being loose. Which to my knowledge they did not come by. According to the estimate the railings were included, but he wanted to charge extra. I ended up buying the materials and doing it myself. The other issue I had is that they remove the gutters and charge me over $1,200 to replace them, since they damaged them in the process of putting up the siding. I would like the fallen pieces of siding to be replaced. If this does not get resolved, I would like to be advise of what options I have in order to pursue a solution to this issue.
