In 2021 I found this firm and decided to contact them about possibly handling my divorce. "Divorces" wasn't on their front window list of services, but they offered so many I thought I'd try them out. I spoke directly with a "********" on multiple occasions, in her office. Each time, I was told the case is/was being taken care of and not to worry. She was on it. I paid them half of the fee she gave me, about $450. It was a simple case, and I really only needed signatures and someone to represent me in saying "Yes, I agree to the divorce". I found out after meeting on numerous occasions, and giving the initial fee that not only did they not offer services for divorces, neither her nor her office had a license to do any. I was then told my case was being given to someone else and I'd be hearing from them with updates. I've never spoken to anyone, outside the receptionist, and I've left voicemail for a call back with no response/return call. I even went into the office and told the receptionist, who took my information for a call back and I've heard nothing. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, only to be given a phone number that leads to a voice mail or for an appointment, of which I never hear back from. Since the initial news they don't handle divorces, I've since gotten divorced in another state.
