I entered into an agreement with Auto Bazaar Dealer to purchase a car. I was approved for a loan of $17591, of which I paid $3500 upfront, with the remaining $800 due upon picking up the car.On April 17, the bank received verification from my job and approved the loan. However, on the same day, I received a call from one of the dealership representatives demanding an additional $600. Despite contacting the bank and being assured that everything was in order, the dealership persisted in demanding more money.I was informed that the car registration would be ready by April 22, and I returned to the dealership on that day to pick up the car. To my dismay, I was informed that the car was not ready. Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and in response, the dealership unilaterally canceled the contract without my consent, constituting a breach of contract.Furthermore, despite the cancellation of the contract, the dealership has refused to refund my initial payment of $3500 and has instructed me to contact the bank to cancel the transaction.

Yes, you came back after a 10 days saying that the breaks were making noise. And because we had the breaks done before you took the car, we sent you to the same mechanic that did the breaks. You never mentioned anything about the engine. As you know the lemon law for your car was 30 days or **** miles, you drove more than 3k miles meaning you were out of the warranty. Also we told you to come back to the mechanic, you never showed up. You called us whenever the car was overheating, even the car was out of the warranty we still paid half of the ****, because we are always willing to help our customers.
