    I had a Boston Scientific pacemaker implanted in 2018. The pacer is supposed to be checked by them every 3 months. They have not shown up to any scheduled appointments for the pacer check for the last 3 years. I told my doctor I refuse to have another pacemaker by their company placed. I'm filing a lawsuit against this company. We even called their office in ***********, ** to address this and they would not!

    Whatever you do seek an alternative service! I wore a heart monitor and am seeking my report. I have been trying to receive my records for over a month. They refer you to a recorded message and say they call you back within 48 hours. It has been over a week, and I have received no call. TERRIBLE!!!

    I am leaving a review for a friend who has a spinal cord stimulator, her experience so far with Boston Scientific has been terrible, her stimulator was great on the trial but when she had the permanent one implanted she felt no relief in her back- it was felt in her hips and shes had it adjusted Twice but still cant feel it where its needed. She doesnt want to call Boston Scientific because her *** makes her feel that shes inconveniencing him and its a very uncomfortable feeling. Shes asked for someone else only to be told that everyone else is busy . Ive never heard of such horrible patient care!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOSTON SCIENTIFIC TO ANYONE!!! if I could give ZERO STARS i would have.

    My thoughts as I approach the end of a 30-day BodyGuardian Mini Plus EL Lite heart monitoring program: 1. This is not medical grade equipment. The sensors ship with used or surplus consumer-grade cellphones. My first phone refused to operate due to overheating and had to be replaced. The replacement was an entirely different brand of phone. 2. I did a little experimenting and got my spouse to bear witness when, after repeated messages regarding poor skin contact, I removed the device from my body completely and sat it on the table, at which time it then reported that skin contact was now very good. Wow. Just wow. I thought medical devices had to go thru rigorous approval processes. Clearly this cannot be true. I will recommend to my cardiologist that he stop working with the aptly-named B.S.

    I have had a Boston Scientific pacemaker since 2015. The original pacemaker lasted until December of 2023 when I got a new one. The original was not MRI compatible, so when I got a new one I made sure it was MRI compatible. I now need back surgery and tried to get an MRI at three different locations: Southern Arizona Imaging, The **********************, and ***********************. They all said they couldn't give me an MRI because I have a Boston Scientific pacemaker. Evidently BS (literally) won't provide people to monitor during an MRI. They want to do it remotely and the imaging companies won't accept that. I finally gave up and had a CT milogram where they inject die into the spine. No picnic! I wish I had never heard of BS.

    A horrible company!!! It has been a week and a half and I still have not received my heart monitor. On Wednesday they said they would overnight the heart monitor. It is midnight on Friday and I still do not have it. This company does not care about the patients that need this device. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    Unfortunately, I didn't get to choose the company we used for my daughter's 7-Day ****** monitor. Our family practice doctor ordered it, and *************************** is apparently contracted with Boston Scientific. Everything seemed to go okay at first, but we mailed back the monitor 4 weeks ago, and we still haven't seen any results, and neither has our doctor. I have called them multiple times and they are saying they've already sent the report to the ordering physician, and they name of a doctor I don't even recognize. I called that doctor after hanging up, and they don't have the report. When I asked them to fax the report to our family practitioner, they said they would and then they didn't, so I called back and talked to someone else and that person said they can't legally send it to another doctor because their system shows this random doctor my daughter has never seen was the ordering doctor. So someone finally tells me I can talk to the legal team and request that results be sent directly to me. I had to leave a message and no one has called me back. My 16 year old daughter is wondering what's wrong with her, and we have no answers, and it seems her 7 day ****** monitor was absolutely pointless.

    Absolutely awful. First spinal cord stimulator had to be removed 13 months after implantation, second stimulator only slightly better than the first. Recharging system supplied with the second stimulator is incapable of reliable charging, company has given me four versions of completely different stories about not replacing the charging system. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.Your body will thank you for not having surgery.

    How they are still in business is a miracle, absolutely a mess , they dont know what they are doing . I will graciously give them a half star and this is being generous.

    I will give them one star for answering the phone but that is it. I would NOT recommend this company for anyone who really wants to know about their heart health.I was told to wear their monitor for 30 days. After 2 weeks, I had used the three adhesive strips and called the company for more. They said they would mail them out.10 days later, I am still waiting so I call the company only to be told that the order was never put through. Say whaaat? (This is my heart, people. Its not like I am ordering more saline solution for contact lenses and something I could pick up anywhere!)So, they say they will overnight more adhesive strips and extend my monitoring 5 more days. Nope! Didnt happen. They sent the strips but didnt extend the monitoring. I can only hope that what little information they gathered will be able to detect whether my heart caused a potentially fatal stroke in my spleen (of all places).When I called to find out how much this fiasco is going to cost me or my insurance company, they defiantly say they cant tell me. Its already been billed to my insurance company and I will have to pay any remaining balance. I cant recall any service provider telling me they couldnt tell me the cost of their service. (Let me add that I am always respectful and polite when talking to employees of any company as they are not the ones who set policy. But this woman tested my walk with *****!)Even if I have a zero balance, I would never use this companys products ever again. Never ever!
