I signed my daughter up for a half day (5 days) week of ************ (June *****th). On the first day of camp I drove to the location, only to figure out this business has two locations with 2 different names. The second is Art Signals in *******, **. This is not at all clear from their website. After doing a bit of research while parked at the ** Reading location, I realize her camp is in Wayland- 45 minutes away from my home. I'm a single mother, working full time with a son also enrolled in summer programs. I would have no way to get my daughter to and from this camp. I immediately sent an email when I realized this, and minutes later the owner called me. I explained the situation to him, and he told me to call back later and speak to his wife to work something out or get a refund. I also explained that I have a short timeline, as I'm moving to ********* with my children on August 1st. I call back later, and get the wife's phone number and I'm told to text her. After that phone call I texted the co-owner (the wife) twice and have sent 4 emails, and have been ignored. I've contacted them six times asking to be contacted, and for a resolution and they will not reply to me. I paid $325.00 for this camp, my daughter could not attend and the owners will not reply to any communication.
