      I saw my therapist for the first time on May 27, 2021 and the second time on May 31, 2021. My ***** Health Insurance was in place until June 1, 2021 and then my insurance changed over to United Healthcare. I received my first **** for the May 27 visit on June 12, which was for $25 (my ***** copay cost) I paid that the same day I received it. The next **** I received was on June 24 for $151.66 and then $181.66 on June 26. Upon closer look, I saw that I had been charged $151.66 for my visit on May 31, as well as I had been charged under someone named *********************************, who was not my therapist. On June 28, 2021, I emailed ********** at DCS inquiring about both of these things and clarifying that my 5/31 visit should cost $25 since it still fell under my Tufts plan at the time. She told me they would look into this. I received no response. I continued to receive bills with nothing changed and on July 26, 2021, sent a follow-up email saying such and inquiring an ETA on when it would be corrected. I received no response. I received a **** on August 2, 2021 which showed that $86.66 was subtracted from the visit cost on 5/31 with a note saying Adjustment from Practice, bringing it down to $65, which was still an incorrect charge. I sent a follow-up to **********, including all of the previous emails, on August 4, 2021, saying I see there's an update on my account for the 5/31 visit that brought the charge down to $65, but that is inaccurate. My copay for that visit, which was still under ***** would be $25. Can you please look into this? *** responded on August 5, saying I will send it over to **** to fix. I continued to receive statements, as Ive been seeing my therapist, Darya, weekly. I never received further updates. I sent a follow-up email including a screenshot of the issue at hand, to *** on August 28, clarifying that I wanted to pay my ****, but was waiting for this issue to be cleared up. I received no response and the **** did not get updated. I sent another
