      I'm not looking for any real kind of resolution to this but I feel very much obligated to record how poorly they backed up their own performance. For several months I've been reporting a smell of burning in my basement, including a very loud whining noise, and on each occasion they came to check it out they insisted they found nothing. Most recently I came home after them supposedly checking things to find a basement filled with a noxious burning oil odor and yet they still reported they found nothing. When I insisted they go back the next day again, they then found a broken exhaust fan that was causing the oil burning exhaust to back up into my home. Upon further conversation with the owner, *******, he basically told me it was my fault for not having cleaned the dust bunnies from underneath the machine, and that it was the same as going to the dentist, when they showed up "Suddenly it didn't hurt anymore" so to speak. I feel that I've gotten absolute discrimination as a woman, and as a renter. Unfortunately I am obligated to take my oil from these people by the legal language in my tenancy agreement, so I have no choice but to continue to do business with them. Frankly I'd rather stick needles in my eyes, but I need to make sure myself and my son are warm. If you can find another *********** in the area, I highly recommend them. This company makes their money off the backs of unsuspecting individuals.
