    Reason For Complaint: Premium Refund Details Of Complaint: This policy was incepted on 11/28/2022, although the properties under its coverage underwent a sale and closing on 12/29/2022. A Full payment in the amount of $7,109.24 was originally made to the account by means of Debit Card on 11/29/2022, through the Insurance Company's EPay System. A request for its cancelation was later readily submitted after some initial delays in having the cooperation of the Agent in question, on 01/03/2023, effective 12/29/2022. Agent has not been forthcoming, information on the status of this cancelation and refunds due under the account have not been complied with. Agent claims Policy was cancelled in accordance to our submitted request for which we have record, on 12/29/2022, although till now we have not had such a confirmation from the Insurance Carrier as to same cancellation, or our sizeable refund due back from either the Agent or the Company itself. We are owed great refund under this accounts! We are in loss of use of or moneys under the account and its related hardships, and we believe we are being deceived by the Agent and her Office.

    A cancellation request was submitted to the broker after receiving it from the insured.  Cancellations with this broker take 30 days to process. There was a delay in receiving the return premium from the broker, but it was received recently.  Our accounting department sent the return premium directly to the insured through the ePay system.  A communication will be sent to the insured with this information.

    Although we are better encouraged by the statement of the Agent for now, we are in no way ready to accept this as a final satisfaction to our compliant, for reasons of unreliability of same promises, aided by adverse experiential facts in what has previously been promised by not necessarily delivered in fairness.

    It would be our pleasure to release the Insurance Agent from further complaints, once we are satisfied in actually receiving the promised refund due us, which is now greatly delayed.

    Agents from FBinsure offices have been in contact with the ************** regularly to update him on the status of his ACH Refund and verified as of 3/8 the refund expected by ************** has been received.
