First Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram has gone above and beyond for me every time I've purchased a new vehicle or needed service.

These people are crooks and lack serious customer service. If there is something major wrong with your vehicle they will abandon you and leave you to vet out the problem with Chrysler. If your car is in the shop and they have no loaner cars they will tell you to go rent one. Absolutely could care less after they sell you a car. Buyer Beware!!!! I had to put 1 star but it is by far a zero.

Let me take you in the journey of these crooked salesman and services people. Not only do they lie but they will never answer the phone nor take responsibility for their actions. They will charge you for services you paid for then never complete the service. I bought a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler and my roof changed colors within two weeks of having the car. I placed a claim in JUNE. I was told the part would be in the following Wednesday. I went to pick up the part and they told me they needed more time for the part to come in. I did this twice. The next time I called and asked where my part is only for me to be told my claim was denied. I called jeep customer service to ask why it was denied only for them to tell me a claim was never put it. This is where it get absolutely chaotic and unprofessional. I call back and ask to speak to the women I just spoke to and when I explain what jeep customer service said, she hung up the phone. Major mistake number one. God blessed her that day because I drove to the place and she had left for the day. Lucky. I call my salesman who was great by the way and he tells me to call the manager *****. ***** simply does not exist. I called and called Scotts direct number and never got an answer. I called and asked to speak to ***** and the same receptionist hung up on me, Major mistake number two. I call my salesman again and say I need my part because it is now AUGUST and its my roof. I will not enter into a new season with this roof when I've been asking for it since June. Gives me a number I call the number the receptionist answers. I say I need to speak to an actual person because I've been leaving voicemails and no one is answering. I tell her I need my part and I've been waiting since June. I kid you not, she hung up on me AGAIN. Now I'm h*** blazing and ready to dive my car up there to confront these crooked people. They HOUNDED for my deposit when I went on vacation but can't answer the phone when I call about a mistake they did?This place says one thing and does another. My sister bought a car the next week after me and I was supposed to get a 100 dollar check for being a referral. Haven't seen a dime and the check was definatly pocketed by one of them. This place is the WORST place to do ANYTHING. They make literal landfills look like ROYALTY. Please avoid this place at ALL causes. It's not worth the headache at ALL. They are truly a money laundering scheme and need to be shut down.
