  We contacted Affordable Heat and Air when we were switching from oil to natural gas. ***** walked us through the process with Mass Save and was very knowledgeable with the process. ***** was able to get us great pricing on a new furnace and tankless water heater. ***** and his team were able to identify multiple areas of concern with past work we had done by another company. ***** took it upon himself to get the parts replaced by the company as it was under warranty. They were able to replace the parts at no cost to me. The work was done fast and they did a great job. I highly recommend ***** and Affordable Heat and Air for any HVAC or Mass Save jobs.

  Excellent work. Very caring and quick. The price was the best I found in the area. I was given info to give to Mass Save for the Repates. I wish I had called them for another property I put units in a few months ago. Live and learn! Now I know better. Thank you Affordable Heat and Air of *********.

  Outstanding workmanship! Company was easy to work with and very responsive to my family's needs. Installed a complete new system in my home (Combined condensing boiler with on demand hot water, new A/C Condenser and conversion from oil to propane). Entire process was clean, neat and on-time. Very happy with the final project and would recommend this company without reservation.

  I called this company on Saturday sent pictures of the device that needed to be replaced and the guy sent another guy to look at it. For that he charged me $275 and didnt fix the problem because he didnt have the part with him. Then he told me he will get the part by Monday and for that he was going to charge me another $150 just to show up. He rips customers off big time and on top of that he was rude to me because I asked him to wave the charge on Monday. He just said to me CALL SOMEONE ELSE DONT CALL ME ANYMORE. Knowing that I used his services for the last to years to maintain my AC/ HEAT. One less customer. **** never recommend this business

  Came out for a quote on AC. He started out by call my heating system a POS on potty mouth no problem but not very professional. He comes out to tell me there ar work **** with how it was installed. His yelling and demeaning the whole time in front of my kids. I already explained I didnt install it as I just bought the house a month ago. I asked him not to yell at me he threatens me with an inspection. I tell him to go ahead and report it (maybe the inspector will calmly explain the issue my home inspector didnt find any problems). He keeps yelling at me. I asked him to out the system back and just leave at this point. He name called me, dropped off he F bomb (all in front of my two and four year old kids). Than left. I will not be hiring him.

  This is a review that has been a year in the making and in my eyes is long overdue. The reason its taking so long is because I had completely upgraded all the mechanicals in my home and I wanted to use everything and see how it all worked before I gave my review. I purchased my house on May 28th 2021 and we knew the work that needed to be done, we just didnt know just how bad it really was. It all started when we called MassSaves to get an energy efficiency report and all the freebees that came with it. Well, was I ever surprised when I heard just how bad it was.First let me say thank you to ***** and his team Very professional and great guys that did amazing work. We came in under budget, and I say that because there were little extras that ***** didnt charge us for. ***** couldve started work as early as the first week of June but asked if the work can be postponed until after the hot season because we did have working AC and many people didnt. If he had started the work at my house it would delay the work to those homes that didnt have AC and I thought this was great idea. ***** assured me that if anything happened and we lost hot water or AC they had a plan in place should that happen. The true hero in all this making sure everything was done correctly on time and on budget, was ***! I cant thank him enough for all the hard work he put in, coming on a holiday because we thought we didnt have hot water, we had turned off the return valve and forgot to turn it back on. Great quality of work, and they made sure they used only the best equipment. We are also using affordable ********** to service all the equipment. Because we had purchased so much equipment we had quite a few rebates that needed to be submitted it was so easy, in fact we didnt need to do anything, ***** took care of all that and got us back some big coin. I will recommend Affordable heat and Air to Everyone.
