  Have you ever felt that the ********************* was going to come out of the shadows to tell you that youve been pranked? That was our experience yesterday at High Octane Harley Davidson in North *********, ************* where we experienced a good old-fashioned bait and switch. The scam was nothing but deception and incompetence, and it is shameful that such a debacle should occur in a Harley dealership, for it undermines the ********-pride branding Harley has built up over the years.High Octane Harley-Davidson of North ********* pulled a bait and switch on us, and defended it until the end. Told ** the trike we were there to see was probably just sold, maybe that morning, so that the salesperson who reached out to us didn't know. Turns out the bike was sold last month, so even though the salesperson knew we were driving two hours to see a very specific trike that wasn't there, he decided to let ** make the trip. Funny enough, they set ** up with a young salesman who we thought was taking ** to see the trike. Instead he pointed (literally without speech) to an older trike with many more miles and $20K more expensive. (Not much effort on the "switch" part of things.} He told ** he didn't know where the trike was...how could he when there are over 450 bikes in the dealership. Please people, if you're going to pull a bait and switch, at least put an experienced salesperson on it to finesse us. You can't make this stuff up.

  This is great place to visit and to do business with. They are friendly and super helpful. I can see why they are one of the top dealers. They have everything there. Tons and tons of bikes on different floors and all kinds of Harley shirts, jackets and and gear. They have a big and what always seems like a very ************ department and everyone smiles and is kind. Cool place.

  The sales person and manger at high octane Harley Davidson in *********, **. directly violated the ******** disabilities act when I was approved for much more than the bike that I had already signed for was pre approved for. They Couldnt even find my address telling me its not my address? I have never in my 58 years of life been treated so badly by a company rot in hell!
