This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Do not use them for anything. The owner ***** is a jerk that only yells at you. I paid him two thousand dollars to put five glass panes in our sunroom. The first time it rained after their installement it was like a sieve! We had 11 spots with buckets under to catch the rain. When I questioned him on their methods he yelled was arrogant and condescending telling me I did not know how to do the work. They came back two times to fix it but it was clear they didn't know what they were doing. Upon the third rain storm and leeks we wanted our money bak. Oh my goodness. He yelled and said I had his product so I told him to come and take it back and he hung up the phone! When I told him I was taking him to court he had no problem with that. Told me to go ahead. Not scared must have been there many times. We had to pay another company to come and fix the problem by removing the tons of caulking they left behind. Safe yourself money and stress. person who answers the phone is the rudest person who I've ever spoken to. I had an appointment for Monday was told I would get a call with a timeframe in the morning around 9 I decided to call since I live an hour from the property the person told me they tried to call me Saturday I said I never got a call and he responded with a very sarcastic "of course you didn't" then I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager and would just cancel my work order I asked how I get a hold of the owner and he told me he was the owner and started screaming at me and name calling me telling me I'm shallow. I used to work in glass service and this is not how this company used to be run it must be a new owner who is quickly going to run this business into the ground.Ocean Glass Company

Ocean glass company is the worst company I ever dealt with , I have been waiting for my shower glass to be installed and two month later still not done yet .every time I call they blame the company that makes the glass so backed up other day we get the parts but missing some parts ,I was supposed to have my glass in two to three weeks *** .last week i received a call all the parts are in and we were going to have the tech to come to my home this past Saturday ,then I get a call stating they were missing one panel and promised he will come in Tuesday today 9/5/23, when i called them to check what time they will be in ,GUESS what happen ,the parts has not arrived and when i called in the afternoon they see my number and they hang up the phone on me .NEVER NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MICKEY ***** I WOULD NOT CALL IT BUSINESS, if I do not get my money I will *** them and call every news channel .......Ocean Glass Company

I very rarely write a review but in this case I had to. PLEASE do NOT us this company! I went there July 27, 2023 to have a window repaired, I brought in the slats for the old window so they would know what the original window was like. If they could use the old slats that would be fine but if not I needed new slats. I was told it would be 5-9 business days. I paid in full even tho it was only required to to 50% down. After 3 weeks I called and said where is my window? The owner ***** said we have it here weve tried to call you several times, well that was a lie I did not receive any calls. Anyway I went to pick it up when I walked in the owner ***** started laughing, I said what is so funny and he said the look on your face! I said well I never got a call, he handed me the window with no slats in it. I explained that this is wrong it should have slats in it I dropped them off with the window. He then started yelling at me telling me thats the problem with this democratic state and people like me coddle our children and now he cant get good help! He blamed it on his employee ***** that took the order! I said I dont appreciate the way your talking to me as the customer, and that I would take my business elsewhere and his response was I DONT GIVE A FU**! I was shocked at the way he was yelling and swearing! So I *ave it right back to him and explained being the owner its his responsibility! After going back and fourth he agreed to fix it! I went back to pick it up and he used the old slats that were bent and scratched! There was caulking oozing out the sides of the window and the frame was bent and the window was not secure! I explained I was not happy with the poor quality and he said he wouldnt spend anymore time or money on the window and refunded me my money! I should have read reviews before I went there. Seems like every review is about the same. Im not sure how he is still in business!Ocean Glass Company

Should be negative zero stars- Seems like the reviews are the same thing over and over- owner/customer service are HORRIBLE!! Must be some truth to it!! I had windshield repaired was told by the owner that my system would not need to be recalibrated- well it seems that it does- called to ask if they could take a look at it and the owner screamed and yelled at me for 15 min-about hating Americans and their attitudes and I should act like an adult- Shame on me for not hanging up on him- I just kept trying to reason with him to no avail- he hung up on me- I will NEVER do business with them again- and Im making sure to spread the wordOcean Glass Company

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Except if the following is what you are looking for in a company: (then by all means proceed with caution)-Unreliable: never shows up on schedule and leaves you waiting in vain wasting a day out of work -Unprepared: does not come with all the ******************* to complete a job -Work not completed: leaves job unfinished while you and your contractor try to get them to come back -Mistreatment of customers: owner ********************* is the most condescending, arrogant, ****, and insufferable excuse for a human on the planet. Expect when speaking to him that he will make snide and snarky comments, laugh off every comment you make, and generally treat you like scum and blame you for his incompetence and lack of professionalism. I will refer to him henceforth as the ambulatory sh&t stain.-Ridiculous lead times: was quoted 2 weeks for delivery and while I except delays due to supply chain issues, 8 weeks is well over the quoted time especially when there was no follow-up by him.Not only did he manage to insult me and **** me off (which is hard to do since I have a lot of patience and will go with the flow), he also managed to **** off my contractor who is great to work with. If I could leave negative stars for this company, I would. Do yourself a favor and get your glass elsewhere. If you don't believe me, check the enormous amount of one stars reviews for this bozo on Yelp and ******* Everyone has been saying the same thing.Ocean Glass Company

her builder uses us often, it took 3 1/2 weeks to get her glass. she is just a miserable person, sorry to hear. as far as the reviews if the idiot was smart enough to look at the dates its about 3 people per year that complain, not bad for a business that handles about 30 customers per day which is about ***** a year.so about a tenth of one percent of the people we handle are upset. not bad i thinkReview fromValerie D

Had my windshield replaced on my vehicle approximately two weeks ago- the work was not done well to begin with. In reaching out to the company they told me they come to my residence in the morning of said date. The said date came and no one showed up. I reached out to the company to see if there was an issue- change in date, time, etc. I received nothing but volatile behavior from the sales rep, who swore up and down at me, telling it wasn't his fault, what he wanted me to do, what my problem was, and so on and so forth as he continuously cursed at me. I reached out to my daughter not knowing what to do as I didn't even get a response from the gentleman. She thought she would reach out to another branch to speak to upper management about the situation. When she did (thought she was reaching out to the ****** location which was no longer open) she began speaking with a gentleman on the phone. She requested a number for management and the subject responded that he was the general manager and was the highest level of management there was. She attempted to explain to him the situation (little did she know she was speaking to the same gentleman I spoke with). His demeanor immediately changed when he realized she was calling on my behalf. He too began swearing at her cursing at her asking what she wanted from him, what she wanted for him to do. She solely asked that the issue be dealt with (rescheduled) and for the employee to be spoken with. He was condensing in stating "I'll slap him on the wrist the next time I see him." Realizing he wasn't taking the situation seriously she asked him- really? He responded, "what do you want me to shoot him in the head. Send an email to the company email and ask that we shoot him in the head because the guy was so rude to you and made you feel so afraid for your life." TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is a complete and utter understatement. Never in my life have a I been spoken to this way and for no apparent reason. One star is too much!Ocean Glass Company
