05/27/24 I went to *********** in ********* and entered a store Bee &co to look at facial cream. I bought a cream and was told by employee **** that I was entitled to a free facial. I went back the next day to receive my complimentary facial. I was led right away to a back room. I never went to the cashier/counter. The employee/ mngr ***/Snir started the facial and started offering me a package for ****** a month which included facials, micro needling and products. I asked him would I be able to cancel at any time and he replied yes, but try it for a couple months. He set up everything with his cell phone. He told me he would call later that evening to set up my facials. I left the store with some products, but in the morning I woke up with puffy and teary eyes. As a nurse I knew I was having a reaction to the products. I tried to go online to a patient portal that the manager ***/**** had set up on my phone. There was no way to cancel, but I noticed that he had set up a *****+ loan. I never authorized any loan and never gave him my full social security number, nor showed him my drivers license. I am adamant that he never explained he was setting up a loan. I went directly to the store on 05/29. I told him I wanted to cancel and I was not happy that a loan was made under my name. ***/**** said it wasnt a loan. I asked what it was, but I never got a direct answer. He kept telling me to continue for 2 more months. I advised him that didnt make sense to pay ****** for two more months on products that i cant use. What has me confused is I went to Bee&co, but I am being charged by Glow Touch. ***/**** said he was selling from his other business which is call Glow Touch. I went again today to the store, but ***/Snir was in the hospital. No other manager available to help me
