    TERRIBLE customer service. Sad direction for this company. They need to pay the money and hire more staff! I paid for early delivery, but the delivery date is going to be 4 days late. I've called and been on hold now 5 times in the last week with Clark's, on hold for ***** minutes every time I've called. Very unhelpful answering attendants who keep telling me to call back when the item has arrived to be on hold for another ***** minutes. I will be ending my time as their customer after this winter experience.

    Irresponsible retailer !!! I would give zero star if that is an option. This issue started on 1/12/2024 but has not been resolved yet. 1. On 1/12, I tried to place an order on clarks.com with my gift cards (4x$25 cards) for a pair of dress shoes and one dress belt that was on sale. Suddenly, the website crashed. Fine, I can redo everything again. But the gift cards became zero balance! I called Clarks' customer service, they informed me their system had an issue and I should be able to see the gift card balance be back in 48 hours. I believed in them, and waited a week. Nothing happened!!!2. I called Clarks again on 1/19, they mentioned let me wait another week. Nothing happened. 3. I called Clarks again on 1/26, they transferred me to a manager, and she advised me to send them an email with all the gift card numbers so they can expedite the process. I did. 4. Nothing happened until 2/20, I received an email saying they could not reissue the gift card, but only the promotion codes, that only valid for one year. I complained and mentioned gift cards have no expiration date, and I can use them together.5. After a week, they replied on 2/27 and mentioned they could give me a $100 promotion code, but still not a gift card. I questioned the terms and conditions for the promotion code and gift card are different, so they are not the same thing. 6. On 2/28, Clarks emailed me that their website is still not working and I have to wait. 7. On 3/8, Clarks emailed me mentioning this issue has been forwarded to a higher level manager, and that is the last email I received. 8. I have been following up every week. The phone agent said I needed to email them, but the email never got replied. 9. It has been more than two months since I reported this issue, and now the items I tried to buy are gone. What a joke. As a customer for more than 15 years, I am very disappointed and would share my story to everyone. Unfortunately, this retailer has become a lemon tree.

    I have ordered a pair of shoes on 2/16/2024 that are on sale. When I've got them, it appeared to be so small that I could not insert my foot in. The pair is of a wrong size, design or damaged. When I asked for return, they said that it is not returnable because it was on sale. Does it mean that they can sell all the garbage that they have without any repercussion? **************** is terrible, and supervisor was too busy to take the call.

    Negative stars if possible. A fine example of Buyer Beware and Do Your Research Before Dealing With a Company>Not affiliated with Clarks Shoes. This is a bait and take money ad.Scam advertising on ********* Ordered shoes in July - money processed - not shoes and it is October. They are a scam and should be forced to pay and shut down.I have emailed "customer service" repeatedly - kept a log of the communications - with no results. "Oh, they were sent to the wrong address." "Oh we will resend them." And on and on.Basically, rip off artist damaging the good name of Clarks Shoes that is a actual company.

    Horrible customer service experience. I order flip flops in August of last year. Wore for two months, put away for the winter. Pulled out to go on vacation when I notice the foot bed separating from the sole of the shoe, its falling apart. Called to ask for replacement. HARD NO, passed 6 months old.. Gave me a discount coupon that said it had already been used. The coupon also need to be used on ****** website only! I'm in the US. They don't have what I want, they don't care. They stopped responding to my emails. These are $50.00 flip flops that probably cost them $15. This shouldn't be a hard call. It's called good will and it keeps customers coming back.Very disappointed.

    I purchased a gift card for a Xmas gift, on the Clark website. I was under the assumption that it was for the amount of 75 dollars. On line they said if I give them my email and phone number that I could receive a discount so I gave them my information, with the discount, I received 22 dollars off of the 75. The gift card was delivered before Xmas, was happy BUT Until January when my friend went to the Clark’s store to use the gift card and they told her it was worth $52.50. Unbelievable, she knew that something was strange so she called me. I called the phone number, they said that the so-called discounts don’t work with the gift cards. I Really Didn’t mind paying the $75, Please don’t make consumers think they’re getting one thing but it turns out to be something else !! I will never purchase anything from this company again.

    Clicked through from ******** for a sale directly for Clarks instead of a different retailer. I ordered 8 pairs of really cute shoes for total of $229. I used a credit card for points but received an email that said ****** was used. Tried to find contact information on their website but found only an email. Received an auto answer that they had so much volume from the sale that their responses would be delayed. (That email was never answered.) The shoes arrived with no packing slip. Fits were bad, so I could keep only 3 of the 8 pairs. I sent an email that I needed a packing/return slip to the same address. It BOUNCED BACK--I'm guessing their servers were overloaded or otherwise down. Maybe the email address has been closed. I don't know how to reach them, so I gave up. I gave the 5 pairs of shoes to a friend's daughter. I will NEVER buy a Clark's shoe again.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I ordered shoes on 7/24. They said estimated delivery date is 7/29. I received them on 7/27 and wore them for one hour before starting to get blisters on the tops of my feet where the two materials meet. I went online to initiate a return and the website said the order was processing. I called on 7/28 and 7/29 and the voicemail said their system was updating and to contact them on SOCIAL MEDIA!!! I messaged them on ******** messenger on 7/29 with my order number. I got a response asking for me to confirm my phone number and email. Really? On messenger? A sure way to get hacked.On 8/1 the website still said "processing" and I ended up returning the shoes that morning via **** with the label in the box that came with the shoes. I wanted to get this done before leaving for vacation.On 8/4 I received an order confirmation for the same shoes! When I went into the website today it says they were delivered on 7/24! Huh? I called customer service and was on hold for 32 minutes before hanging up. It also had a nice return option which is no longer applicable. How to return? ****** That would have been so much easier in the first place.I checked my **** tracking number and there is no info there except that the shoes were picked up on 8/2 from the post office. So... I call ****. They said FED EX picked it up! It took a week to deliver to the same region I sent them from and am still waiting any kind of response from them. If I don't receive a refund within a week or so I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

    Thanks for your recent purchase and patience. As stated in our FAQ section under returns questions, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be refunded after an order has been delivered back to our warehouse. We offer free (economical) shipping with returns from our site . This economical option requires the packages to be handled by Fed Ex and the ************ I can see the refund was processed on 8/16 & 8/19. $43.67 on 8/16 & $7.23 from shipping on 8/19.     On 5/09/2022 I bought ****** worth of shoes, the worst thing to do. Then they lied falls advertisement they said on 5/08/2022 I had a reward $20.00. Because at that time if you spend more than $100.00 you will get $20.00 in rewards. Well on 5/28/2022 I asked ****** if I can use the $20.00 rewards that I received by email. ****** said let me look for it. I show her the email $20.00 and she said I cant find you and she ask me what computer you used? I told her the cashier behind her. I was so uncomfortable. So she asked the manager ****** this guy is awful he was so rude, obnoxious and he told me no I am not going to used that $20.00. Rewards. He said there is not transaction no rewards. I felt so uncomfortable at this store. ****** told me in front of him that she found my transaction after 30m. When she found it he didnt apologize at all he just left the store. I told ****** I dont want to buy anything from this store ever again. I could used the rewards they promised me because of ****** and ******. I need help telling the people that they will not use the rewards and is falls advertisement.

    TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a pair of sneakers on sale in early January, a week or so later the sneakers went on another sale which would have been another $16 savings. Since I had just received the shoes a few days earlier, which took over a week to get, I emailed ****************** (I use this term very loosely), explaining the situation and asking them to credit the 2nd sale amount to my card, rather than having to send them back & buy them again for less.I hadn't received a response for 13 DAYS so I emailed again with 2nd REQUEST in the Subject line - it is now 34 DAYS LATER and I have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL, not even AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ANY KIND!It's a shame because I believe some of their shoes are very good, but I have to wonder if ANYONE is ACTUALLY WORKING in ***************** I will never buy from them again and will NEVER RECOMMEND them. Now you know WHY they have a D- RATING and are not BBB accredited. I am obviously not the only person having a problem with this company.
