    Terrible Communication & Unprofessional Service!! I had an extremely frustrating experience with my boat loan application. I was strung along for two weeks with little to no communication, my timelines were completely ignored, and in the end, I wasnt even informed directly that my loan was deniedthe broker relayed the news through a third party. As of now, I still havent received any direct response. For over a week I received a canned response of: "The ** has approved it and we are just waiting for the head ** to stamp it." I was misled by this statement which left me feeling very frustrated. After being a loyal customer for over a decade with multiple car loans without issue, this particular experience has completely shattered my trust. I will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for transparent and professional service. I ended up selling some investments and paying cash for the boat.

    My review of ******** Banc. 1st let me say that ****** and ******* are the best! They have Great communication skills, Great customer service and support. ****** even called me to assure he was personally involved with my application. The application and pre approval was very easy. Loan contract was smooth with very good instruction of how to proceed when I was ready. ****** helped me through several attempts to purchase the correct muscle car. Their 3rd party inspection team along with ******** dedicated service and title search work, saved me from a $35k scam. With their support I now own a fantastic **** GTO. They gave me a very good interest rate and loan terms. ****** their Director of marketing should be very proud of his entire team. I would highly encourage and recommend *************.     I FINANCED A 23 **** T WITH THEM. I GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE, THE LOAN WAS FINALIZED IN 3 DAYS. MOST OF THE **** WAS WAITING FOR ME TO RESPOND. INTEREST RATE WAS FAIR.     Shop around first before financing with ************. Their process is very slow for your classic car purchase. Its been 8 days since I was approved for my purchase. Since then, each day they would either call or email to complete one part of what they (needed), incrementally. First day, DocuSign contract, next day, insurance policy application but they would accept the payment. Next day, send the down payment in with a photocopy of what you just mailed them. Next day their insurance division calls back for the payment which was already quoted in writing. The following day, the appraisal they need, but you must pay for. They have zero respect for your time! Yeah! Try to plan a transport service in the middle of this quagmire.

    ******, the lending process on any item of value requires several steps, which we outline in our loan package to applicants. In your case an additional step was necessary because your modified vehicle required an appraisal to determine value. Third parties can also hinder our turn-around time, for example in your case, there was a modest delay receiving the title and bill of sale from the dealer. You seemed more satisfied in your last correspondence with us, we hope that is the case now.

    I had very good result with ***************************** and JJ Bestit was actually two loans within 90 days. I borrowed $102,000on a beautiful **** RS SS Camaro Resto Mod. 45 days later my bank requested I pay off the $102,000 loan pursuant to a Mortgage. I came to ***** 60 days later to re create the original $102,000 loan and ***** made it happen very smoothly in 30 days!Very happy with *******!***************************

    Giving it a one star. They don't return phone calls, texts, or e-mails. Trying to get a loan with them is like pulling teeth,and this five minute thing is a joke. Unless you have a six figure income, forget about getting anything from them. Good luck in that.
