    Bubba, ****** ***** , owner of Backyard Paradise pools is a crooked scam artist. He took $18,000 1st deposit and promised to start digging in April and said the pool would be completed by June - my sons graduation. He said this would include the survey and minor excavation and pool. He did absolutely nothing. He asked for my plot / builder survey that I had when I closed on my home and tried to have his surveyor ( licensed in ** only) draw a pool on my survey and called they survey company ( RI) that did my survey submit the plans and stamp it to get a permit. The survey company told him this would cost him and Bubba refused. Instead Bubba kept my $18,000 deposit, never returned it and offered to give me $10,000 back. He never excavated, never got permits or did anything. He is still holding my $18,000 2 years later! I warn all consumers to be aware of this scam artist! He will scam you too! I got an email from another consumer he scammed in ************* too! I think he has now filed another company in another name because of his bad reputation.

    This company promised my pool liner would be installed last year by June didnt end up happening until July and the guy never responds , when he did finally install my liner he chopped it so the liner where the stairs are isnt correct and may cause leaking he wouldnt fix it which I understand would mean he would have to buy a whole new liner . Then he took like 2 weeks to convert my chlorine pool to salt water. I feel like I shouldnt have paid him. I should have made him replace my whole liner, but I paid him.Any way and I know Im not the only customer that has had issues with this man not finishing jobs and not anwsering calls
