  I couldn't be happier with Pave Tech's work on my large parking lot. To begin with, ***** was highly professional in my several interactions with him--responsive, clear in his communications, and very pleasant. Technically, he brought years of experience to the project which clearly translated to a superb result.The actual work he and his team performed was on the large lot behind our condo complex that accommodated 20 cars. It hadn't been paved in more than 35 years and was pocked with potholes and uneven surfaces and had a drop-off at the end of the area to be paved. In short, it was a challenge. His team worked smoothly and efficiently, and overcame all the obstacles flawlessly. We are all amazed by, and grateful for, the skill that he brought to this project. And the price he charged was more than competitive. I can't recommend Pave Tech more highly.

  Pave Tech was a very professional business to work with. Responded to my RFQ quickly. Provided excellent advice about what the job required. Quoted a fair price for the work. Arrived when promised and completed the job efficiently. I wouldnt hesitate to have them perform future work.

  Pave Tech gave me a fair price quote and charged what they quoted. The work was done quickly so that I was not inconvenienced and they did a great job. The driveway is now leveled and sloped perfectly to prevent the runoff and sediment problems that made the work necessary. Thanks *****!

  I've had a bad experience with PaveTech/***** that is partly combined with my newness to paving jobs and also by being ****** patient with PaveTech to come out and correct their workmanship -- which I think was a mistake on my part.***** was paid to reseal my driveway in August 2023. Prior to Pave Tech coming out, there was a deep crack running the length of the driveway horizontally. After the resealing job, the crack was not filled in to be level with the rest of the driveway. At first I thought it might be okay, but my neighbors (live in a multi-family/condo house) were concerned and wanted ***** to fix this mistake. I've been asking ***** repeatedly since September 2022 (on 8 separate occasions over the course of 11 months) to come out and fill in the crack properly. He kept saying he would, only to never come out and correct this mistake. The last time I contacted him, July 24, 2023, I asked him to please set a date to come out, and that I would change my initial positive ****** review if I didn't hear from him. From that point on, I haven't heard from him at all.The crack remains an eyesore and has weeds growing through spots where it cracked. Maybe if PaveTech completely redoes your driveway, you won't run into this situation, and truth be told, he came highly recommended. But trying to get him to address a mistake after a resealing job, and after payment was submitted, has not worked, and has been a very difficult experience.

  Ive used the service twice. The first one was for paving my driveway (about a year and a half ago) and the 2nd time (a few days ago May 2023) to resurface and seal the pavement. In both time Im very satisfied with the results. Adding to that is the way ***** (the business) owner treats his customers, being very responsive (phone calls and text messages) and also explaining the process and the follow up steps. Im highly recommending the business for all the above and the FAIR PRICING.

  ***** and his crew did an excellent job for a repair that no other company wanted to deal with. "Bigger fish to fry", "I won't touch it", and "we won't repair, we'll only repave the entire thing for $20k+ are the responses I received from other companies. ***** was straightforward, answered my emails, and got me estimates when asked - unlike his competitors...

  Quality work, fair price, no hassle, and a contractor who cares about delivering what you need. ***** and Pave Tech were excellent from beginning to end. Our condo association needed to repave a large parking area AND dramatically improve the drainage. ***** didn't play any games, gave us a straight and fair quote, and delivered on exactly what he had promised, and more. All we had to do was clear the driveway for a few days and ***** and his team of pros did everything else. Just a few days later we had a beautiful new asphalt driveway and parking lot with sloping drainage to new and expanded catch basins. What you see is what you get with Pave Tech.
