I've written 2 emails, called corporate and wrote a review within months of eachother to get a response and have received nothing. I will paste the last email I wrote. "Hello, my name is ************************* and this is my second email to you. I've called corporate multiple times and left messages for a call and got no response. I'm extremely surprised by the lack of communication and professionalism from a corporate company. In the 1 response I got back via email it was said that you would contact my local stores upper management. I have already talked to upper management before I even reached out because they specifically told me they could not do anything for me but they would contact corporate, which was never done.The issue started when I was charged $275 randomly and I had no idea why. I called the store and they said management would call me because they also had no idea why. I got a call back from a man and woman who tried explaining to me that the system just realized in December (7 months prior) I had missed payments when they thought I was paying cash. I paid cash for multiple services so I asked them to look at the cameras to see if I paid cash on the dates they said I missed but apparently that wasn't possible. There was 0 communication about any of this prior to me calling,even though I've been to this store many times after December. After going back and forth about this I requested a refund on my last wax pass, which was unused and paid off the month before these random charges. I no longer wish to get services at a place that runs like this and it's absolutely absurd to think I need to take a $600 loss on top of the random $275 that I absolutely do not agree with. I have 16 waxes and I'm only asking for a refund on my last pass which I believe is 12 waxes. Thank you and I look forward to a response."I had thought about discontinuing services here after I was burned badly but I went back unfortunately after the manager assured me it wouldn't happen again.
