    As of 2024, I am experiencing ongoing medical complications due to a critical incident involving serious malpractice by Revive Esthetic in 2022. Below is a detailed summary of the issues:Ongoing ****** Complications: Despite the passage of time, I recently discovered I have remains of an unknown injected substance in my body. The unidentified substance, which my nurse suspects to be PMMA (a non *** approved and harmful material), has not dissolved with Hyaluronidase. This situation requires a specialized ultrasound to identify the substance and may necessitate surgery to remove it, both of which are not covered by insurance.Unlicensed Practitioner: The individual who administered the treatment was not licensed by the U.S. ***** of ****** to provide medical services, which legally require at least a nursing degree. The business failed and refused to locate the injector.Unknown and potentially harmful Substance: The practitioner injected an unknown substance into my lips. Revive Esthetic cannot confirm what product was used, exacerbating the situation. The suspected PMMA has caused severe damage to other victims, including the loss of lips and facial tissue.Lack of Accountability: Revive Esthetic's inability to confirm the product used and their employment of an unlicensed practitioner highlight a severe lack of transparency and accountability.Resolution Sought: I have requested a refund for the initial procedure and the costs incurred in the unsuccessful attempts to dissolve the injected substance. This request aims to address the negligent service provided and the ongoing health issues.Legal and Formal Actions: Given the severity and continuation of this issue into 2024, I have reported the incident to the ************************** The business thas still not taken responsibility for this matter, and remains to disregard my complaint.

    My office is counsel to Revive Esthetic and *********************. At this present time, I have instructed ************ to allow my office to be the primary point of contact regarding this issue. Therefore, please direct all communications to my attention.  I had an opportunity to review some of the claims alleged, and despite many invitations to resolve this matter I have yet to receive any information from the complainant. We can neither admit nor deny, as she has failed to provide my office with sufficient information at this time.
