I ordered a pr. of **** pants 1-15-25. The zipper is too small for me to utilize going to the restroom.I switched banks due to Banks inability to protect My money 2 Months in a row.I have called and explained to these people 4 times since requesting My money be refunded.****(Male) and ******(Female) both insist "they cant refund my money by mailing it to me".The Brunt workwear website states " 30 day hassle free risk free refund"!!Yet They insist they cant refund my money.....My order total IS $68.63 I had no option to refuse "package protection" and WE are not doing business *********** I expect $68.63 returned to me by mail since They cant attach to a different Debit card.VERY simple to just comply returning a Customers money.Customer Answer

I have made two purchases from this company, only for my orders to be cancelled and yet my C.Cs have both been charged. This company does not return phone calls or emails. How are they still allowed to be in business?Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of pants and boots online on 12/11/24. The following day I looked at my order status and noticed I was charged for an item I did not purchase, leather conditioner $8, and also charged for package protection, $5.94, I did not select. I contacted the business right away 12/12/24 and no attempt was made by the company to fix the issue. These are fraudulent charges. I was told I could return the leather conditioner after it arrives at my home and also told they will not refund the package protection. I absolutely did not select either of these items at the time of purchase.Customer Answer

Purchased the boots the last week of October 2024, it took almost 2 weeks to receive the item. Started wearing them about 1 week after receiving them. At around 20 work days the interior soles failed and began hurting my feet. He inside structure is sunk inward making the boots unwearable. Contacted the company about the product. They said they need pictures and a bunch information on which I provided. They responded that the information was for their own purpose and that they had no plan to assist saying that I was outside the 30 day guarantee and did not care the product failed. Also they started the 30 days count down on the day it was ordered, not the day it was received. Paid $194 for the boots.Initial Complaint

I ordered a gift that arrived broken. I asked them to send me a new one and they told me it was no longer in stock. I asked for a refund, and they refused that. I asked to return the entire order and they told me they will not do that. I have never worked with a business that would stand behind sending broken items and refuse to offer a return or exchange. Hello, I ordered some work shoes and clothes from brunt work wear. I wanted some different shoes and the clothes fit baggier than I expected to I sent them back and was going to reorder what would actually work for me. They gave me a return label and the order was sent back. The tracking shows it was delivered but brunt is claiming they never got the order. They told me I had to file a lost package claim with the shipping carrier. But the carrier is telling me that the shipper (brunt) is the only one that can file it. Ive reached out to brunt multiple times with zero help from them. My order number is *******. I dont understand how a company can even be in business when they treat customers this way and dont help them at all. I have no idea what Im supposed to do now because it feels like *** lost my money to them as well as the order. For all I know they received the order and are also keeping my money.Customer Answer

I ordered some shoes for work but decided that I wanted different shoes instead. I never opened the items and sent them back when it was delivered. I never received any emails about my refund so I reached out and was told to wait 7-10 business days. After that I reached out again only for the company to tell me its not their issue and that I have to take it up with the carrier that they never received it even though the package is showing delivered. I was provided the return label from brunt and theyre unwilling to help with my return and telling me to do all the work with the carrier when I cant do a claim on it since the label was provided to me from brunt and thats what the carrier told me. So basically Im out my money and have no product because theyre saying they dont have it even though the tracking number shows it was delivered.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of workbooks from them that advertised being waterproof. I purchased the boots in the summer (around June or july) and haven't had a problem with them until it started raining here in **********,**. I stood in a shallow puddle of water while working and can literally feel water dealing into the left boot imparticulary. I emailed them hoping there would be a solution and instead they argued it was sweat and didn't offer anything for the solution even after I sent them pictures. They said water went up and over. I am on a tight budget and for the time being feel forced to have keep wearing them. So I've avoided puddles yesterday while working on a roof with no puddles I was in the rain and the next day I put the boots on and inside of them again particularly the left boots is damp to the touch. I bought these believing then to be waterproof as advertised and they are not. Maybe these ones are defective but they won't help me and I'm concerned because wet boots/feet grows mold and other health hazards like trench foot. They should as least ask me to send them to them for their own test to prove their defective **** but I'm only getting denials and arguments from them (They sell for 139 plus tax with free shipping)Customer Answer
