    I have not been able to get into the website since the first of the year. Every time I call I have to wait forever and then prove who I am to ask the most simple question. I asked them to change to paper a few months ago and they send me a letter saying they would not. So now I have no access to my account. Tech support lasts only for as long as you are on the phone. Once you log out you can't get in again I guess this is a good way for them to get rid of the older policies that they no longer want to service and a good way to force people into newer policies with higher fees and new surrender fees. Shame on this unethcial company.

    Ditto to all previous complaints. We will be happy to move forward on class action litigation. I just got off the phone with my broker, and Delaware reps were, according to broker, "****, rude and unprofessional". Rep could not adequately explain why the gap or difference of what Delaware claims and reports transaction deposit amount is to broker and what actually hits my bank account. The difference is $4.99. Who at Delaware is stealing that $4.99 from my brokerage account? My broker is very concerned why Delaware can't explain!

    A initial deposit of $179,000 in their traditional ***** has lost money for the last two years. This is because the return is around $1000/year. But their fees are $2300/year.The agent lied to me stating I would get a 7% return and out of that 7%, 1% would go to Delaware. Not the case at all.

    Dont waste your time filing a complaint on this platform! Im currently seeking relief with the SEC, Attorney General , and **** of Insurance where they do business their regulatory agencies! It appears a class action lawsuit is in order !!!!! Reading your responses clearly show me how this company victimizes people and therefore need to be SHUT DOWN! Join me in suit!

    Well it's been another 2 months. I sent in (Reg. mail to may sure they SIGNED for it) all the paperwork & then some, I took PHOTOS of the original policy(which they wanted), and attached them to a cover letter, to show I had PHOTOS of it. I'm now getting the run around. I'm talking to an Estate lawyer tomorrow, & filing a complaint to MASS Division of Insurance. Do NOT go near this company with a 50 FOOT Pole.

    My father has a life insurance policy with them, ONLY because it's been bought out 3 times, they ended up with it. (looking at BBB's rating, is a HUGE heads UP! He passed over 2 months ago! I have called FOUR times, to EVEN get the paperwork to send a Death Cert., to even START a claim. I have NOT received it! They refuse to send Reg, mail. It has been "LOST" twice, & his account WAS hacked once already. They dropped the password that was set up on. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! **************** is THE WORST!!!!!!!!I'll be going to the governor's office, if I get ANY of the same trying to GET the CLAIM money.
