      On December 4, 2023 I ordered a 16 piece family original recipe chicken meal.it comes with 4 *** sides so I REQUESTED 2 mashed potatoes and 2 Coleslaw I also orderd an extra mashed potatoes and a Coleslaw both Large as well as a family size Brownie. Well when my order arrived I didn't get my 4 sides that originally came with the meal. I tried calling the delivery person no answering the phone and no voice mailbox set up. I then tried calling the KFC where I ordered from and the phone RANG and RANG then after about 15 minutes of the ringing someone picks up the phone and hangs the phone back up after about an hour of this I decided to call the corporate office they took my complaint told me I would receive a refund within 10 days. Well here it is 17 days later and still NO REFUND. This is STEALING from the customer, the employees are RUDE, and CORPORATE OFFICE doesn't seem to care the employees are RUDE AND STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS and NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH ON THEIR PROMISE OF A REFUND, NOR DID THEY CARE I WAS FORCED TO EAT GREASY CHIKEN FOR DINNER WITHOUT ANY SIDES. I STRESSED THIS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY DIDNT CARE ALL THEY SAID WAS I WILL RECEIVE A REFUND WITHIN 10 DAYS AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT AS OF TODAY DECEMBER 21, 2023 SO I TRIED CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TODAY AT AROUND 11:00AM AND GOT A RECORDING STATING NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE AND CALL ON NORMAL BUISNESS HOURS. IT'S THURSDAY DECEMBER 21,2023 SOMEONE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE I BELIEVE THEIR IGNORING MY CALLS NOW .I PAID FOR MY FOOD, I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE FOOD ORDERD AND FOR AN $18:00 TIP I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS IS STEALING AND RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF ELDERLY,DISABLED AND ON VERY LIMITED MONTHLY INCOME

      We were able to reach the customer by phone and discuss the issue.  She is going to be refunded the amount of the food she purchased from our location.  We did explain that we do not have control over the third party delivery companies and how they handle these situations.

      But what am I to do if the company didn't  honor  its agreement? I was supposed to  get a full Refund on the food I ordered  I got refund for the 16 piece  meal and the Family size Brownie but NOT for the extra sides of potatoes  and Coleslaw I ordered  and paid for

      Hi *****,

      It was our understanding that after you spoke with our Director of Ops that you were in agreement of getting the refund for a 16pc meal and Brownie.  I have looked into this situation further and got approval to refund your full amount paid since the delivery company did not refund you.  Therefore, you will get an additional refund of $53.84.  This was calculated by taking the $119.09 total you paid including delivery fee minus the $65.25 already refunded.  However, please know that in the future you will need to deal directly with the delivery company because we will not refund anything going forward.  I do apologize for the mix ** in your delivery and hope we can do better in the future.

      On line order from Kentucky fried chicken ******************************************,**.01843...brought order home was missing a *** mashed potatoes and half of order was NOT extra crispy like I ordered and the part of extra crispy I did get was over cooked and all dried out...worse meal I ever had....I called them to let them know the order was not what I asked for and was short an item and all the man told me was "That happens ". No come get missing item..No partial rebate. Not even I'm sorry ...That's B.S. it only happens when some poor hard working guy is getting screwed out of his hard earned pay

      I brought two coupons for a 2 pc meal to my Bridgewater kfc tonight, The male employee told me they were outdated so he couldnt accept them..I wasso embarrassed! Well, I ordered two meals anyway so had to pay an additional 6$.The employee asked me if I wanted original or extra crispy..I stated original..my handicapped adult son has dental issues. As they were boxed I could not inspect them until I arrived home. Well..the chicken was almost burnt..certainly NOT original and way beyond extra crispy. In addition, the chicken leg looked more like a pigeon leg. As I am a senior and it was pouring rain outside I could not return the dinners.My total bill was $19.24. I would appreciate compensation.       This complaint involves the *** location at ************************************************************ I have noticed that on-line pricing is lower than the price actually charged. Last week I ordered an 8-piece Tender bucket. When I picked it up I noticed that the price charged was higher than the price noted online. Today I attempted to order a 12-piece Tenders bucket with the price online of $23.99. It was not possible to place the order online even after three attempts. I called the business to tell them of my problems. They suggested that i simply come to the drive-up window to place the order, which I did. However, the price charged was $26.99 rather than the $23.99 listed online. I complained that the price was different than quoted and was told that was what the system brought up. I obtained the name and phone number of a manager and have left a voice message there voicing my concerns.

      I apologize for any inconvenience the online ordering experience *** have caused you with KFC.  We take all customer complaints seriously and look into each and every one of them.  I have attached a screen shot of what the online menu states for our ********, ** location.  It does in fact state the correct price of $26.99 for a 12pc tender meal.  I am not sure where you saw the $23.99 price.  It could be that a different location nearby has different pricing.  We are a Franchise location and we do all set our own pricing.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this *** have caused you and will send you some gift certificates that you can use at one of our locations.  These will need to be used for payment at the Restaurant either through the drive thru or front counter.  Thank you very much for your Patronage.
