    On September 8, I turned in my car due to someone rear-ended me. My insurance said to go to the C&E at *******. They called me two days later to say that they filled out with capacity, so they would take my car to ******* C&E. I had a rental for a month, and they did not give me any updates about my car or what was going on unless I called them. After a month went by and I had no rental, the C&E said that they couldn't give me a rental due to not being their fault for the piece taking so long, plus the Stirke happened around this time. They mentioned that once they have the piece out for delivery, they will contact me, but in the meantime, I had to call my insurance and Jeep Wave to make a claim and get a case manager. The communication has been okay at this point. 2 weeks go by, and they said the piece is coming in soon, and they can get started with my car. The first due date for my car to be ready was 11/17. Once I claimed with Jeep Wave, the due went from 11/14 to 11/9. On 11/9, I left work early as they said the car would be ready the previous day. I called them to confirm because they were not answering my text. They told me it was not prepared, but it would be ready on 11/10 and they would call me in the morning for updates. They did not call me in the morning for updates; I had to call them. Once I called them, they said my car was not ready and that they would put a bumper instead of the new one due to the bumper arriving. But they mentioned in previous messages that the bumper was right on track. I did not get any updates until 11/9, saying that the bumper was not arriving on time until I called them on 11/9. There has been so much miscommunication, and I understand what is happening, but that should not be the reason for the lies and miscommunication.
