    ********************* of Realty One Group More recently performed a home valuation to determine if my wife and I could stop paying a monthly PMI on our home. After coming to our house and taking pictures, I was told he would submit his information to Rocket Mortgage so they could make their determination. He never submitted the information and has ignored phone messages and texts from my wife and I for over two weeks, with his voicemail often being full. I attempted to call today from my work phone and was unable to leave a message for the same reason, but while on break he returned the call to my work phone number and left a message unaware of who attempted to call him. We had to pay $150 for the home valuation and his inaction is causing us to have to continue paying a monthly PMI. We just want him to do what he was paid to do.

    This party is not a customer of our organization. The individual did not make any payment to us nor engage us in any way. 

    After promptly conducting an initial inspection our customers software was not allowing the data to be uploaded to their server. We then immediately requested that this homeowner be reassigned to another provider. 

    Our understanding is that the assessment has now been completed. Any delays that this party may have experienced would have been caused by his ***************** or their **************************** and not by our firm.

    It should be noted that our service contract prohibits direct contact with property owners.
