I brought in my 2011 Chevy Express Bus for an alignment in April '23. JRB recommended a compete front end overhaul. We completed that for a total of 2,679.06. On the way home from picking it up I noticed the ABS light was on. It was not on when I dropped it off for service. I called immediately upon arriving home and was told that it should 'reset' within 100 miles and if not to call. It did not reset, I made an appointment and was told it would cost 1413.98 to repair as the front left ABS wire was severed and both front wheel bearings and hubs needed to be replaced. I declined the service as it is my belief that the ABS system was damaged during the front end overhaul and any needed repair should be done at the expense of JRB Performance and Customs LLC .

    Business response

Business confirmed that after receiving the consumers complaint, he reached out to her the following day. Stated there had been a misunderstanding as to the services provided, and it's relation to the issue with her vehicle. He did offer to perform the necessary repairs, and the cost and materials were fully covered. At this time the repairs have been completed, and he believes the consumer is now satisfied.

    Complaint: ***********

I am rejecting this response because: the business did reach out the following day as stated. He offered to complete the work for the cost of materials only. I agreed and ended the conversation with the understanding that he would contact me to schedule the appointment once materials were ordered and ready. As of now I am still waiting to hear from him that he has materials in stock and is ready to complete the repair.

    Sincerely,
