      In December of 2023, I ordered a few books for my nieces and nephew. Unbeknownst to me, I was signed for a rewards program without my knowledge or clearly not informed. I caught the re- occurring charge of ***** per month in May of 2024. I called twice and they said they would cancel the program but refused to give me a refund. I am requesting the ***** x 6 months.

      Purchased a book from Christanbook.com. received a charge of $16.95 one month later from christanbookrewards.com. Nowhere did I sign up for this, i even went back through the order process and never found an opt-out or in option, never received any information that i signed up for this. They have my information and should have emailed me a welcome email explaining that I signed up for monthly service at $16.95 per month ($203.40 per year).Luke 19:1-10, I believe verse 8 applies. A *********** ******* should not use deceptive practices.Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

      this is a recurring charge on my credit card. I had closed the card, the charges showed on on my. new card from the same provider on the 30th of each month I have been charged $16.95

      I purchased Curriculum for my daughter in february as we home school. I've ordered a few more things since And was loving the website and sharing it with others. UNTIL I noticed a monthly charge of $16.95 has been taken out ever since ordering. I NEVER signed up for this... I have read the other reviews and before you even come back With that it was well explained, let me save you the trouble...IT WAS NOT! This is deceitful, Poor business practice, literally theft and definitely sinful I want a refund! I have no need for any membership monthly as a only order occasionally.Seriously...you all should be so ashamed. You Make it so much harder for real ********* companies when you have Companies like this out here like this.

      In September/October 2023 I purchased from this website and got seemingly signed up for a membership program without my knowledge. It wasn't until this month that I was auditing my records for the last year and noticed the monthly charge of $14.95 per month. This is bogus and I was tricked into signing up for this program. I would like a refund for all membership fees. My member number is ******. Thank you.

      Last November 2023, I purchased something from this company, Christian ***** and ever since (January, February, March, April, and May) I have been charged $16.95 a month without my knowledge. I did not authorize theses monthly fees and only because I misplace the card did I audit my account and find these bogus charges. I would like a refund for the five monthly charges.

      Ordered over $100 worth of merchandise and opted for free shipping on orders over $100 - for the next three months I have been charged $16.95 claiming I joined some "Club". This is fraud and disgusting to hide behind being a "Christian" ********** I have been charged $50.85 for NOTHING. I have received no merchandise just an average of 2 texts and emails PER DAY. It is harassing and fraud and unethical business practices. I am an attorney and may be seeking to gather other harmed individuals to file a class action lawsuit. I want my money back and all communication and affiliation cut off.

      I purchased $126 from this company. Noticed charges in March and April $16.95 each month for rewards program I did not sign up for. Looking at just 4 pages of complaints to BBB each complaint on same issue. No one knew they were signing up for charges every month. Company seems to give same response as if it customer overlook. They are lying. Going back to Feb 2024 when I made order I notice email they sent same day showing my username and a temporary password to use to get rewards program discount which I did not use the temporary password. I already had an account with a password. This seems how people are getting enrolled. They are not doing it but when you take an account and issue a temporary password that can over ride original password easy way to con people. After documented time and names 4 1/2 hours over 5 pdoneccalks on hold person finally agreed to cancel reward program a said refund in 5 days. We will see. I informed them I will contact and send all info including the complaints to BBB to my State Attorney General. This company is frauding and loosing customers. I ask all those who have and will file complaints check your old emails from this company. I guarantee they received email after they purchased with their username and temporary password to sign up with rewards program

Our Christianbook Rewards program is not an auto enrollment program and members must sign up to join and become part of the program.
