      I had the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor -one of their surgeons, ***********************. Patronizing, arrogant, insensitive. After a routine cortisone shot under his 'supervision', within 2 weeks I was crippled, with multiple joints throughout my body in excruciating pain. When I returned for his help, he had none to offer. His 'treatment notes' were a cruel joke, leaving out the reason for my 'visit.'. If I didn't have a GP to help coordinate some kind of plan to address what was happening to me, I would have been left in pain much worse than when I went in to see *******. Sports Medicine North should be ashamed, but I doubt they are.

      Physical Therapy North Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Day 1 therapist just kept repeating "No extreme range of motion " yet he can not tell me exactly what that is. He then gives me a paper with some stretches and tells me to cancel the rest of my visits and basically says my days in that sport ( my livelihood ) are over.I had to call to keep my appointments.After that I just got pandered to. I had at least 5 different therapist in 12 visits, there was absolutely no cohesive plan. Every session was different. Not only did they contradict each other, they contradicted themselves from one visit to the next. Example -- don't do this exercise, next session tells me to do that exercise. They also cancelled multiple sessions in succession, then told me my next visit would have to be a re-evaluation because of the time gap that they made. Only one therapist actually worked with me about my issues. I asked to keep having her and was told who I was assigned to next visit. I only got to work with her two times. On my last visit the therapist asked specifically what activities do I need help with. That should have been day one and a plan built around it.Others ignored and even smirked at me when I told them what I wanted to work on. I specifically went to Sport Medicine North because I wanted to get back my sport and they pushed me out the door on day one, told me those sport days are over and pandered to me for all but two visits. Waste of time, money, insurance and to be pandered to is insulting. Text system - you will get a text message to remind you of your appointments. Do not rely on them. I did not get several. When I called to confirm I had an appointment because I did not get a text I was told the texting system has problems.
