    This company provided a deep clean of my home, we discussed the things to be completed, only a portion of the home which I was told by the owner would take her and another staff 5.5 hours. When they completed the clean there were many things missed, while they were here they dropped something and I heard a loud crash, I was working downstairs in another room and couldnt go up at that moment; today I am realizing a spice jar is missing which I assume is what crashed and broke. The owner is being hostile and aggressive towards me when I asked if that happened. The owner isnt looking to make things right, I contacted her several times via ******** message to their company page, text message with her and her employee, and then attempted to call multiple times, she is now stating she would have came back to complete the clean; but I dont want them back in my home. They swiffered my wood floors with non wood floor cleaner, and left them dirty which I have photo proof of. Now I have to pay another cleaning company to come redo the house, as well as purchase a new spice jar set. I asked the owner to stop contacting me and she is still contacting me, I dont want to have any additional contact with her about this or anything else. They are also operating as ***** ***** *** but still giving invoice as all season home and car cleaning. I have many more photos of conversations and the cleaning that it wont let me include theyre too large of files.

    I would like a refund from the company, and then no additional contact. I dont want them using the photos they took inside my home on their business page, I want them to leave me alone.
