If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson in April 2022 from Haddad and I regret buying the car. In October of 2024 the engine died. I had the car brought to Haddad as it still had a warranty on it. Hyundai requested the service records which I provided for them, I had gone to a mechanic that wasnt the dealership. I was denied by Hyundai for any repairs and I would have to pay out of pocket which I cannot afford to do. I would like to thank the service department for being completely unhelpful. They were planning on putting a refurbished engine in my car so Im assuming I would be back with more problems. I am currently reporting Hyundai to the ************************. I want to thank the service manager for seeing I needed to be waited on and continue to ignore me and Logan the assistant service manager for not being at all helpful, time to grow up you have a big boy job now!!! Thanks for all the lies, never again will I go to any Haddad dealership your not to be trusted. Ill be taking my business out of the Berkshires!

I received a recall notice for our 2011 Hyundai Elantra. I set up an appointment with Haddad Hyundai of **********, ** to deal with the recall. We had purchased the car new from Haddad Hyundai. The car was due for the annual state inspection so I asked the dealer to complete the inspection. When I returned to pick up the car I was told that the car failed the inspection on two counts. First the emission test could not be completed because the battery had been disconnected to manage the recall, a fuse that had to be replaced. Second, two of the rear seat belts were frayed. The dealer rep said it would cost well over $1,000 to replace the seat belts. I was not prepared for that expense. I was also told that the cars computer data had been deleted when the battery was disconnected as part of managing the recall. I would have to drive the car for at least 100 miles to restore the computer settings. The car could not be inspected again until the computer issue had been resolved. Also, because of the safety inspection failure, frayed seat belts, I could not drive the car after midnight of the date of the inspection. I felt that since I bought the car from this dealer that I would have been provided a reasonable solution to a very difficult situation.

Be careful if you go there, read all your paperwork. They added a service contract and road hazard contract to the tune of $3,000. I explicitly said I didnt want any of that. Still dealing with the second key fob that they are ordering.

Dear **************,We are very sorry that your experience do not meet your expectations. We did review your particular purchase. It appears you did purchase the tire and wheel and the service contract. Your signatures appear on all the forms accepting these products. It seems you changed your mind and you wanted to cancel them which we immediately did for you. Your key was on backorder. Our sister store, Haddad ******* searched country wide and found a key. It should be here by Wednesday. Our ****** store will program the key to your vehicle.
